How do action credits work?

One action credit corresponds to one question auto-draft in a Google Sheet or Google Doc. Each pricing plan comes with a set number of base credits, with usage-based billing for overage. For teams that deal with higher volumes of questions, we also support custom volume discounts.

How does space work for the knowledge base?

Each plan gets a set amount of content that can be uploaded each month to the knowledge base. You are only metered based on upload volume, not total volume. Knowledge base content includes past questionnaires and internal documentation that guides Dialect on how to auto-draft responses.

What questionnaire formats does each tier support?

The Starter Plan only supports Excel-based questionnaires via Google Sheets. Pro and Growth tiers will unlock early access to our newest formats: documents (e.g. Word or Google Docs) and Web Portals.

Do you offer customer support?

Absolutely! For paid plans, we offer priority support via email and, for larger plans, shared Slack or Teams channels.
